SMART/GLOBALINQ Team Receives 2004 Department of State
Assistant Secretary's Award for Excellence
(ALEXANDRIA, VA) - GLOBALINQ Technologies, Inc. announced
today that it has, as a member of a team led by SMART Technology,
Inc. of Alexandria, VA, received the 2004 Department of State
Assistant Secretary's Award for Excellence.
At a ceremony held earlier today, Secretary Colin Powell and
Assistant Secretary William A. Eaton presented Awards for
Excellence. For the past ten years, the Department has presented
this award, sponsored by the Assistant Secretary for Administration,
to small business contractors who have displayed exemplary
performance, customer service, management and technical capabilities.
The Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations division nominated
the SMART team for the award.
